Global Shipping: Answers to Your Delivery Questions

Brag ships worldwide. Please allow extra times for shipments outside of the United States. International shipping cost is for postage alone. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International orders typically take an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery.

 

Due to security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or hotels.

A shipping confirmation email is sent when your order is on its way to you. This email will also include the tracking information for your shipment. 

USPS is our shipping carrier. We ship Monday – Friday so you can expect your order to typically ship within 3 days, orders typically arrive within 2-3 days once shipped. Orders outside of the United States typically take an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery.

If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, we recommend checking with any neighbors, housemates, or leasing offices who may have received the parcel on your behalf. We would also suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to see if they can provide you with additional delivery information. If your package still has not shown up within the 3 business days of the delivery date, please reach out to us and will will look into it for you. 

While we’ll do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control (such as bad weather, strike, carrier rescheduling or restrictions, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, or incorrect shipping address).

Transparent Return Policy: Answers to Your Returns Questions

Returns must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. Return time frame is within 7 days from the delivery date.

*Important Note: Late returns will not be accepted past their indicated returns period and no refund will be issued.

Please initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at support@bragapparel.com. Indicate your order number and the reason for your return and someone will follow up with you within one business day providing you with the appropriate return address.

NOTE: Please do not return the item to the address on the package label or you will not receive credit.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our shirts, we are unable to offer exchanges.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, in the event that the return is initiated due to an error on our part, such as print quality issues or incorrect size/color sent, we will conduct a review upon receiving the item. Should we determine it to be our error, we will credit you for the shipping fee incurred. 

Returns will be processed within 3 business days from the date we receive your package. Depending on your card issuer your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your billing statement.

 

Clearance items are non-returnable. Additionally, availability in certain sizes and quantities may be limited. However, one of the benefits of purchasing clearance items is that they are offered at a discounted price and typically ship much quicker, often within one business day.
